About Us
Fosseway Housing Association Limited became a member of the Bromford Group in 2005. Now the lead housing association in the group’s South West operating area, we are at the forefront of housing management and development in the region.
Set up in 1997, following the transfer of housing stock from Cotswold District Council we are a Registered Social Landlord dedicated to providing affordable housing.
Through our long-standing relationships with local partners such as Social Services, the Police, Environmental Health, local councils and support groups like Shelter and Victim Support, we are helping people to improve their lives and building stronger neighbourhoods.
Since joining Bromford, we have built on our strength as a local service provider that meets local needs by tapping into the group’s broader range of services.
We are now able to devise and deliver cost-effective development programmes and sector-leading management and maintenance services. We are tailoring our service to individual customers and we have introduced more stakeholder involvement and neighbourhood investment.
