1. How to make a payment
You can pay your rent or other charges online in a quick and easy way. It’s safe too. Allpayments.net is an online bill payment service. You can use this service to pay your rent and any other bills online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will need your Allpay.net payment card and your debit or credit card. Go to www.allpayments.net to make a payment now. If you do not have a card, please contact your local office to request one.
You can also pay by telephone, Direct Debit, swipe card or text message. Visit your customer area to find out more.
2. View my account on line
If you have a Fosseway tenancy this service will be available to you very soon. If you have a Bromford tenancy you can check your payment accounts online – this is a free service and is secure and simple to use. To use this service, please register for an ACCOUNT and PIN number. You will need to tell us your name, address, including post code, and a contact telephone number. If you already have an account, log on now (opens new window).
3. Report or track your repair online
To report a fault or repair, you can fill in an online form or call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To report a repair online or call, please select the relevant link for you below:

If you have a Bromford tenancy you can also report and check on a repair you have already reported using Your Account. To use this service, please register for an ACCOUNT and PIN number. If you have a Fosseway tenancy this service will be available to you very soon.
4. How to make a complaint
If you want to make a complaint or compliment us, you can phone us, write to us, email us, visit us or complain online now by filling in the form on the Help us to improve page.

5. Aids and Adaptations
Our aim is to provide homes where people really want to stay and sometimes this means making alterations to your home as your needs change. You or a member of your family may need an aid or adaptation to allow independent living.
What do I need to do?
If you think your home needs an aid or adaptation, you or someone acting for you can complete the online request form by following the link below or contact us with your request.

6. Report anti-social behaviour
A quick and easy way to report an incident or complaint of anti-social behaviour is to report it online using the form - Reporting Anti Social Behaviour . There are other ways to report anti-social behaviour:

- By letter or by phone – view our contact details. If you need to report an incident out of office hours (between 6pm and 8am), call us on 0845 050 4034. Calls to this number may be recorded for the purpose of training and improving our services.

We ensure that our homes are well maintained through our planned maintenance programme. The programme provides for improvements and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, etc. Our responsive repairs service is how we manage day-to-day and emergency repairs.
